Recipe Ingredients for Rice & Veggies

3 clove Garlic
148 grams Brown Rice
1 large (2-1/4 per lb, approx 3-3/4" long, 3" dia) Peppers, Sweet, Green
2 pepper, large (3-3/4" long, 3" dia) Peppers, Sweet, Yellow
1 medium Squash, Summer, Zucchini, Includes Skin
7 ounce Mushrooms, Portabella
1/2 large Onions
1 tbasp Safflower Oil, Refined, Organic
1/4 tsp Garlic Powder
1/20 tsp Pepper, Red Or Cayenne
1 tsp Sea Salt
3 dash Pepper, Black

Recipe Directions for Rice & Veggies

Chop all veggies, heat in very large cast iron skillet on high heat with non-stick spray along with minced garlic. Add veggies in small groups so as to not overcrowd the pan. Cook rice per box instructions. Add oil and spices at the end and mix thoroughly, I liked this with Truffle Oil.
