1 cups of uncooked rice
3/4 cup of frozen peas, carrots
1 tsp oil
1 tbsp chopped garlic
14 oz chicken broth

Recipe Directions for Rice and Veggie "pilaf"

  1. chop garlic

  2. sautee garlic until tender in pan w/oil

  3. add uncooked rice, toast

  4. add broth and frozen veggies

  5. may need to add water as cooks
