3 oz Tuna, White, Canned In Oil, Drained Solids
4 oz Prawns
3 ounces Ham, Sliced, Regular
1 ear, medium (6-3/4" to 7-1/2" long) yields Corn, Sweet, Yellow
1/2 cup slices Carrots
