Recipe Ingredients for Rice and Vegetable Soup

4 c chicken broth
1 c rice
1 c corn
1 c peas
1 salt to taste
1 pepper to taste

Recipe Directions for Rice and Vegetable Soup

  1. Pour 2 c chicken broth into saucepan and bring to a boil. Pour in rice, bring to a boil, and then simmer until almost done.

  2. Add vegetables and remaining chicken broth and simmer until vegetables are tender. Salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot.
