Recipe Ingredients for Rice & Vegetable Risotto

6 cups Baby Spinach
18 oz Mushrooms
3 large Onions
8 oz Shredded Carrots
3 large (2-1/4 per lb, approx 3-3/4" long, 3" dia) Peppers, Sweet, Red
8 cup Natural Goodness Chicken Broth
4 cup Premium Rice

Recipe Directions for Rice & Vegetable Risotto

Mix all together in crock pot for 4-5 hours on low
