Rice and vegetables cooked together in one pot for an easy supper.

Recipe Ingredients for Rice and vegetable pot

1 stick Margarine, Regular, Hard
12 cup Rice, Brown, Long-grain, Cooked
3 cups Frozen Garden Vegetables
2 cups frozen spinach
1 1/2 cups chickpeas
3 ounce ham
4 cups water
1 salt
1 pepper

Recipe Directions for Rice and vegetable pot

Melt the butter in a large pan. Add the uncooked rice and cook until slightly brown. Add 2 cups water; simmer until most of the water is absorbed. Add rest of water and other ingredients. Simmer until the rice is done. Season with salt, pepper, and italian spice to taste.
