Good for those allergic to wheat. In order to get this @#$% calculator to accurately reflect calorie counts, I had to tell it that I was using "tomato sauce". What I actually used instead of 3 cups of tomato sauce was 1.5 cups of Classico Tomato & Basil jarred sauce.

Recipe Ingredients for rice spaghetti marinara

3 1/2 cups cooked rice noodles
3 cups tomato sauce

Recipe Directions for rice spaghetti marinara

Half a package of rice noodles roughly equals 3.5 cups when boiled. Boil narrow noodles for 6-7 minutes, drain, rinse with cold water to set, then toss with pasta sauce. I add a good dollop of Siracha hot sauce too.
