jasmine rice with chicken stock,flax seed added to up omega 3's

Recipe Ingredients for rice side dish

2 1/2 cups chicken broth
2 tsps olive oil
1/4 cup onion
1 tsp garlic
1 tbsp flaxseed
1/2 tsp cumin
1 cup rice
1 tsp salt

Recipe Directions for rice side dish

cook onion,garlic,salt and spices in olive oil until tender.add flax seed cook about 1 minute.add broth bring to a boil.add rice (i used jasmine rice,definately worth it)and bring to a boil again. cover and cook about 15-20 minutes.
