Recipe Ingredients for Rice Salad

1/2 cup lemon juice
2 tsp garlic, minced
1/4 cup olive oil
3 cups rice
15 ounce garbanzo beans
1 cup feta cheese, diced
1/2 cup parsley, chopped
1/4 cup dill
4 green onions, sliced
1/2 cup roasted red pepper
1/2 cup chard

Recipe Directions for Rice Salad

Toss items together and rest in fridge for at least an hour.
