Rice Salad Recipe

The one and only rice salad which is light and very tasty!

Recipe Ingredients for Rice salad

300 grams white rice, uncooked
1 tsp salt
150 grams ham
150 grams corn kernels
150 grams green peas
1/2 red pepper
25 Onions, pickled
6 Gherkins
1/4 cucumber
50 ml olive oil
50 ml vinegar

Recipe Directions for Rice salad

  1. Cook rice as you're used to with the salt and let it cool until cold. Use fork to take the grains apart.

  2. Cut ham, red pepper, pickled onions, gherkins and cucumber in small cubes. Keep the size small!

  3. Mix all ingredients in a bowl.

  4. Make a dressing of the oil and vinegar. Pour over the dressing and let the salad cool off in the fridge until use.

  5. Perfect with barbequed meats.
