Recipe Ingredients for Rice Salad

3/4 cup Rice, Brown, Medium-grain
12 ounce frozen peas
2 scallions
1/2 cup dried cranberries
1/4 cup olive oil
1/3 cup apple cider vinegar
1 teaspoon honey
1/2 teaspoon dill weed
1/4 teaspoon ground mustard
1/8 teaspoon pepper

Recipe Directions for Rice Salad

Cook rice acording to directions. Mix Oil, Vinegar, Honey and spices in large bowel. Mix in remaining ingredients and chill for at least thirty minutes.
