makes rice a roni not so bad. Tastes good, too. Oh, yeah... It's VERY filling. I often add broccoli to it, too, but my daughter won't eat it then.

Recipe Ingredients for Rice a Roni + Protein

185 g Broccoli Au Gratin Rice (cup)
1 tbsp soybean oil
141 1/2 grams TVP

Recipe Directions for Rice a Roni + Protein

  1. Cook TVP first, or it will steal the water away from the rice (I just put it in lots of water in a small saucepan and wait until it soaks most of it up).

  2. Pour cooked TVP in with the seasonings, otherwise, follow Rice a roni's instructions.
