rice & raisins and spices and what ever other fruit or nuts you feel like. Change vanilla for other extracts. Add grated zest of an orange.

Recipe Ingredients for Rice & Raisins

5 cups cooked brown rice
1/2 cup raisins
6 apricots
1/4 cup chopped walnuts
2 tbsp dried cranberries
1 tsp vanilla
1/4 cup splenda

Recipe Directions for Rice & Raisins

cook rice per package directions. Rinse rice under cold water and drain well. Add remaining ingredients and refridgerate.
