93 g pudding rice
1 pt whole milk
2 tbs sugar
15 g lemon zest
10 unsalted butter

Recipe Directions for Rice pudding with whole milk

  1. Bring the milk with butter, sugar and zest to the boil in a oven prove saucepan

  2. Turn the heat down and add the rice

  3. Leave to simmer about 5 minutes

  4. Place into the oven at 80 - 100 degrees Celsius for approx. 2 hours or until the rice is soft
