Arborio Rice Pudding. Makes approx. 3.5 cups = 7 half cup servings.

Recipe Ingredients for Rice Pudding

0.5 cup Arborio Rice
0.25 cup Sugars, Granulated
2 serving(250 g) Skim Milk
1 dash Salt, Table
1 tbsp Butter
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
40 raisins Raisins, Seedless

Recipe Directions for Rice Pudding

  1. Cook rice to al dente with salt, butter, and 1 to 1.5 c water. (~15min)

  2. Heat milk, raisins, vanilla, sugar and a dash of cinnamon in separate saucepan.

  3. Combine pots and simmer until liquid is mostly absorbed and is silky when stirred.

  4. Cool and serve.
