Healthier than the regular rice pudding.

Recipe Ingredients for Rice Pudding

2 cups brown rice, cooked
3/4 cup Egg Beaters
2 cups skim milk
1/8 tsp salt
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 cup Splenda
1 tsp vanilla

Recipe Directions for Rice Pudding

  1. Mix all ingredients together and pour into a baking dish that has been sprayed with PAM.

  2. Set baking dish into another with about an inch of water in it.

  3. Bake at 325F for one hour, or until set in middle.
