Soft rice pudding with vanilla. Really nice to eat while it's raining or when your sweet tooth asks for some spoiling.

Recipe Ingredients for Rice Pudding

1 cup Rice, White, Short-grain, Cooked
4 cup Whole Milk
5 tsp Sugars, Granulated
40 grams Cornstarch
3 large Egg, Yolk
4 tsp Vanilla Extract

Recipe Directions for Rice Pudding

  1. Mix 200 ml milk, corstarch and sugar

  2. Start cooking

  3. After 5 minutes, put the washed rice in it

  4. Everytime bubbles start to appear, add some cold/room temperature milk. Repeat this until you run out of milk and the rice is cooked.

  5. Let it cool down

  6. Add the egg yolks and mix

  7. Add the vanilla extract

  8. Serve.
