Recipe Ingredients for Rice Pudding

0.5 cup Rice, Brown, Medium-grain
1 cup (8 fl oz) Water
8 fl oz Original Almond Breeze Unsweetened
0.5 cup Coconut Milk
2 tsp Vanilla Extract
1 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Bananas
1 Teaspoon Juice
163 grams Strawberries
30 grams Raspberries
1 tsp Cinnamon, Ground

Recipe Directions for Rice Pudding

  1. Combine rice and water, cook until water is absorbed.

  2. Mash the banana & add it along with the rest of the ingredients to the rice. Bring to a boil, then cook on low heat until resembles a thick porridge.
