Lovely little Indian pudding with a protein blast added, and Splenda subbed.

Recipe Ingredients for rice pudding

1 1/2 cup rice
2 T splenda
3 ounces raisins
1/2 T cardamom
1/2 cup pistachios
4 cups skim milk
3 T
1/8 c. shredded coconut

Recipe Directions for rice pudding

Bring milk to low boil. Add rice and Splenda. Cook until nearly mucilaginous. Add cardamom, raisins and pistachios when milk is obviously boiling down quite a lot. Add protein powder last.
