Recipe Ingredients for Rice Pudding

1 cups rice (3 cups cooked rice)
1 cup skim milk
1/2 cup evaporated milk
2 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp cinnamon
2/3 cup brown sugar
1 cup raisins
4 eggs

Recipe Directions for Rice Pudding

Combine in bowl and bake 350 for 2 hours or until it's set up like custard
