Rice Pudding. Beat eggs well. scald milk. use cooked cooled rice

Recipe Ingredients for Rice Pudding

2 eggs
1/2 cup Sugar
1/4 tsp salt
2 cups milk
1 1/4 cups rice
1 tsp vanilla
1 dash cinnamon
1 dash nutmeg

Recipe Directions for Rice Pudding

  1. Heat oven at 325 degrees

  2. Mix eggs, sugar and salt

  3. Gradually add scalded milk

  4. add rice and vanilla cinnamon and nutmeg

  5. Pour into greased 1 qt casserole . Set in Shallow pan of hot water 1 inch deep.

  6. Bake 1 1/2 hours
