Simple and good. Try a small serving with hot stewed prunes.

Recipe Ingredients for Rice Pudding

1 cup white rice
2 cups 2% milk
2 cups fat-free milk
1/3 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla

Recipe Directions for Rice Pudding

  1. Bring milk to a simmer and add sugar.

  2. Stir until dissolved, return to simer, add rice.

  3. Simmer until desired consistancy (usually about 40 minutes), stirring occasionally to prevent skin forming.

  4. Cool before serving. Refrigerates well.
