Rice pudding. Works better with long grain rice, but this is what I had tonight.

Recipe Ingredients for Rice Pudding

250 grams Minute Rice
1 large Egg, White
2 tsp Cinnamon, Ground
0.5 serving Dairyland 1% Partly Skimmed Milk
4 grams Stevia Sweetener

Recipe Directions for Rice Pudding

While rice is cooling blend the stevia, egg, milk, and cinnamon until uniform. Turn the element on under the rice, and add the mixture, stirring constantly as the heat nears a boil. As it become smooth and creamy, remove from heat. Raisins can be added as well.
