Recipe Ingredients for Rice Pudding with Dried Apriocts

12 oz evaporated milk
14 oz sweetened condensed milk
4 large eggs
1 tsp salt
2 cups long grain rice, cooked
2 tbsp crystallized ginger
6 oz. dried apricots

Recipe Directions for Rice Pudding with Dried Apriocts

  1. Spray the inside of a 4.5 qt. slow cooker with nonstick cooking spray.

  2. In a large bowl, whisk together evaporated milk, condensed milk, eggs, and salt.

  3. Stir in rice, ginger and apricots.

  4. Cover and cook on low setting, 2-4 hours.
