Recipe Ingredients for Rice Pudding (corrected)

2 cups cooked rice
1/4 cup skim milk
3/4 cup water
2 tbsp fat free sour cream
1/4 cup raisins
1/2 cup sugar
2 tbsp cornstarch
1 1/2 tbsp cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla

Recipe Directions for Rice Pudding (corrected)

  1. Combine sugar and cornstarch.

  2. Heat rice and milk over medium low heat.

  3. Mix-in sugar and cornstarch while the milk is cool.

  4. Add cinnamon.

  5. Simmer until thick.

  6. Remove from heat and add vanilla.
