2 cup Indian Basmati Rice
5 medium Russet Potato
1 cup Vegetables, Mixed
2 tbsp Vegetable Oil, Canola

Recipe Directions for Rice, Potatoes, vegetables

Fry potatoes, precook rice, fry vegetables. add 1/4 of water when cooking vegetables. When potatoes are tender stir in rice and serve w/ pintoes
