0.25 cup Rice, White, Long-grain, Regular, Cooked
1 cup Vegetables, Mixed
0.5 potato large (3" to 4-1/4" dia) Potatoes, Baked, Flesh And Skin

Recipe Directions for rice/pot/veg mix

  1. Rice cooked the day before.

  2. Small amount of veg oil in a pan on med-high heat. Add 1/2 potato sliced 1/8 in thick.

  3. Add thawed veggies and mix with oil.

  4. Toss in rice and any spices you want.
