1 medium onion
1/4 tbs olive oil
1 pinch of salt
10 g parsley
1/4 cup diced tomatoes
1/4 cup water

  1. In a pan, put all ingredient except parsley. Bring to boil and lower the heat and cooked at low heat.

  2. Add chopped parsley and stir before to serve.
