Recipe Ingredients for Rice Pilaff with green onions and fresh dill

1 1/2 cups brown rice
4 green onions
1 cup chopped fresh dill
1/4 cup fresh spearmint
1/2 cup olive oil
1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
3 cups water

Recipe Directions for Rice Pilaff with green onions and fresh dill

Sautee green onions with olive oil, add rice, dill and mint, saute for 30 seconds, add water, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Cook on med low until there is no more water left. Let rice sit covered for 10 minutes.
