Rice cooked in chicken broth with sauteed onions and pine nuts

Recipe Ingredients for Rice Pilaf

1 cup white rice
2 cups chicken stock
1/4 cup pine nuts
1 onion
2 tablespoons olive oil

Recipe Directions for Rice Pilaf

  1. Add olive oil to pot

  2. Add chopped onion and cook until translucent

  3. Add pine nuts and rice. Cook until lightly brown

  4. Add chicken stock and bring to boil

  5. Boil for approximately 15 minutes until all liquid is absord.
