Recipe Ingredients for Rice Pilaf

2 cups white rice
1 tablespoon butter
1/2 cup onion
1/2 cup white wine
2 cans chicken broth

Recipe Directions for Rice Pilaf

Melt butter, add onion. Cook five minutes. Add white wine and rice. Saute rice in butter and wine for 3 minutes. Add chicken broth, boil then reduce and simmer for 15 minutes.
