Recipe Ingredients for Rice Pilaf

1 cup white rice
2 cups fat-free chicken broth
3 tbsp. butter
1/4 cup egg noodles

Recipe Directions for Rice Pilaf

  1. Melt butter in saucepan.

  2. Add fine egg noodles and cook in butter until brown.

  3. Add rice.

  4. Carefully add chicken broth & bring to boil.

  5. Reduce heat & simmer for 15-20 minutes.
