1 tbsp butter
1 tbsp olive oil
3 tbsp carrots
3 tbsp onion
2 cloves garlic
1 cup wild rice
14 oz. fat-free chicken broth
1 oz. slivered almonds

Recipe Directions for Rice Pilaf mix (Costco)

  1. Saute the garlic, onions, carrots and almonds in butter and olive oil.

  2. Add Rice mix and saute briefly.

  3. Add broth and bring to a boil, simmer for at least an hour.
