Used Knorr Sides Plus Vegetable Fried rice which is supposed to be 520 cals per pkg (130 per serving) where that below is 220 per serving, so I'm ahead here. Note: calculated this at 3 servings, not 4, so 219 is for 3 servings, not 4.

Recipe Ingredients for Rice Pilaf, Knorr, for Lunch

130 grams Rice Sides Rice Pilaf
50 grams chicken breast, chopped (cooked)
1/4 cup cabbage, raw, diced
2 tbsp Thai Chili Sauce
1 tsp. olive oil

Recipe Directions for Rice Pilaf, Knorr, for Lunch

  1. Mix Rice Pilaf dry mix with 1 3/4 cups water in a pan, as directed on pkg. Put to boil.

  2. chop cabbage and add.

  3. Chop cooked chicken and add.

  4. Add Chili sauce and olive oil. This replaces the 1 tbsp. becel which was instructed on the pkg.
