Recipe Ingredients for Rice Pilaf Beef Tomato Onion Peppers [12.5 oz.]

2 1/2 cup brown rice
1/2 cup wild rice
2 (822g) Stewed Tomatoes
12 oz Roast Beef, chopped
2 medium onions, chopped
1 green sweet pepper
5 cloves garlic
2 tbsp beef bouillon powder
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp dry oregano
1 tsp dry parsley
1 tsp dry rosemary
1 tsp dry thyme
1 tsp dry basil
1 tsp marjoram
4 tbsp dried onion
1 cup mushrooms
2 cups water
2 green onions

  1. combine ingredients

  2. bring to boil

  3. reduce heat

  4. simmer for about 1 hour

  5. Remove from heat and serve when barley and rice are plump and tender

  6. Serve topped with chopped green onion
