Recipe Ingredients for Rice paper rolls, vegetarian with Tofu

30 grams Banh Trang Rice Paper
40 Tofu
50 grams Bean Sprouts
15 grams Carrots
15 grams Beetroot Slices
15 grams Broccoli, Stalks

Recipe Directions for Rice paper rolls, vegetarian with Tofu

  1. Soak 4 rice paper in room temp water for~30 seconds, then lay on a moist towel.

  2. Add a small finger of tofu to each

  3. Add Bean sprouts and grated carrot, beetroot and broccoli stalks.

  4. Add fresh coriander leaves, mint or other fresh herbs as you prefer.

  5. Fold rice paper over itself into a bundle

  6. Serve with your favourite dipping sauce (I like combining coriander in the roll with Kikkoman lime, lemongrass and soy marinade and sauce)
