Rice Pancakes Recipe

Recipe Ingredients for Rice pancakes

1 1/3 cups rice flour
1/2 cup oat flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. apple butter
1 tbsp. Safflower or sesame oil
2/3 cup water
2 tbs ground flaxseed
1 1/2 cups rice milk
1 1/2 tbsp. white vinegar

Recipe Directions for Rice pancakes

  1. Mix the almond or rice milk with the vinegar and allow them to stand for 5 minutes until curdles form.

  2. Mix dry ingredients together and set aside.

  3. In large mixing bowl, beat apple butter, oil, egg, and milk

  4. Add dry mixture and stir gently. Be careful not to overmix.

  5. Cook on griddle as you would any other pancake.
