Recipe Ingredients for Rice w/ mushrooms, plums and cranberries

3 cups cooked rice
30 g dry plums
30 g dry cranberries
7 mushrooms
5 garlic cloves
2 onions
1 pinch salt
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 pinch black pepper
2 tbsp oil

Recipe Directions for Rice w/ mushrooms, plums and cranberries

  1. Fry the onions, mushrooms and garlic until they are soft.

  2. Cook the rice.

  3. Mix everything.
