Easy, low calorie, mushroom and rice soup.

Recipe Ingredients for Rice and Mushroom Soup

4 cup Vegetable Stock
2 serving Mushrooms
1 cup Soup, Onion
1 onion Yellow Onion
1 cup Rice, White, Long-grain, Regular, Cooked
2 1tsp Olive Oil
1 serving Worcestershire Sauce

Recipe Directions for Rice and Mushroom Soup

Heat olive oil over medium heat in large stock pot. Saute 1 medium chopped onion until soft and add 1 small container of sliced button mushrooms and saute for an additional 3-4 minutes. Add vegetable stock and onion soup mix and 1 cup of water. Add pepper (omit salt) and other spices to taste (I added Italian seasonings. Add worcestshire sauce to taste. Bring to boil, then reduce heat and simmer for about 20 minutes. Enjoy!
