Recipe Ingredients for Rice with Mozzarella, Prosciutto and Peas

1 1/2 cups jasmine rice
1/2 cup frozen peas
6 ounces part skim mozzarella
1/2 cup parmesan cheese
3 T. butter
3 ounces prosciutto
3 T. parsley

Recipe Directions for Rice with Mozzarella, Prosciutto and Peas

  1. Stir rice amd peas together. Cook until rice and peas and just done (2 minutes.)

  2. Stir in cheeses and prosciutto

  3. Serve
