Meatballs made with rice and tomato soup

Recipe Ingredients for Rice Meatballs

2 lbs ground beef
1 cup rice
2 eggs
1 tbsp flour
1/4 cup milk, 1%
1/2 cup bread crumbs
2 cans tomato soup
1/4 green pepper, chopped
1/4 red pepper, chopped
1/4 onion, chopped
1 tbsp salt
1 tbsp pepper

Recipe Directions for Rice Meatballs

  1. Mix raw ground beef in large bowl, with eggs, flour, milk and bread crumbs

  2. Form into balls and place in casserole dish

  3. Spread chopped onions and peppers over meat balls, and pour both cans of condensed tomatoe soup over top. (Do not add water)

  4. Place in oven at 400, for approx. 30 minutes.
