Just like stuffed peppers but without the peppers.

Recipe Ingredients for Rice Meat Balls

1 cup minute rice
16 ounce ground beef
2 tsp minced onion
2 tsp salt
1 dash of pepper
1/8 tsp marjoram
16 ounce tomato sauce
1/2 cup water

Recipe Directions for Rice Meat Balls

  1. Mix tomato sauce and water.

  2. Combine minute rice with ground beef, egg, onion, salt, pepper, marjoram, and 1/2 cup of tomato mixture.

  3. Mix and shape into balls.

  4. Pour a little of the tomato mixture into the bottom of a skillet then place meat balls into pan.

  5. Pour remaining sauce over meat balls.

  6. Bring to a boil.

  7. Reduce heat and simmer covered for 15 min.
