1 cup Rice, Brown, Medium-grain, Cooked
3 1tsp Olive Oil
1 tbsp Red Wine Vinegar, Organic
0.75 cup, diced Celery
0.75 cup, chopped Carrots
0.125 cup Parsley
0.25 tsp Paprika

Recipe Directions for Rice and Lentil Salad

Combine dressing ingredients, then add to rice/lentils/celery/carrots. Add salt and pepper to taste.
