Recipe Ingredients for Rice and Italian Sausage

2 serving President's Choice Basmati Rice
1 serving Marc Angelo Italian Pure Pork Sausages Mild
60 grams Celery
0.5 medium raw Onion Red
2 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
6 grams Garlic
1 serving S
1 tsp, ground Basil, Dried
1 dash Pepper, Black

Recipe Directions for Rice and Italian Sausage

  1. Cook Basmati, strain.

  2. In a skillet, cook sliced sausage, chopped, celery, onion and garlic. Heat until meat is no longer pink and vegetables are tender.

  3. Add tomatoes, red pepper, cooked rice and seasoning.

  4. Stir over low heat to desired consistency.
