Recipe Ingredients for Rice Hotdish

2 lbs. hamburger
2 cups minute rice
2 cans cream of mushroom soup, 98% fat free
2 cups water
2 cups colby cheese
1 cup green pepper
1 cup onion

Recipe Directions for Rice Hotdish

Cook hamburger. Add onion and pepper just before hamburger is done. Mix all ingredients except for cheese into caserole dish; unless you want to mix some cheese in. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Spread cheese on top and bake for 15 more minutes.
