A great way to start off a gluten free day. It is especially good with a fruit salad, mmm!

Recipe Ingredients for Rice Flour Pancakes

1 cup Rice Flour, Brown
3 tsp Sugars, Granulated
2 tsp Baking Powder
0.5 tsp Salt, Table
1 large Egg, White
1 cup Milk, Fluid, 3.25% Milkfat
2 1tsp Vegetable Oil, Canola

Recipe Directions for Rice Flour Pancakes

  1. Mix rice flour, sugar, baking powder and salt in a bowl.

  2. Beat in milk until mixture is smooth. Add the egg (some like to beat it first) and oil and mix until combined.

  3. Add a little oil to the griddle if you want (I don't) and cook on med heat. Turn only once.
