Recipe Ingredients for Rice Fajita Mix

8 oz chicken thigh
2 cups instant rice
28 g Fajita seasoning mix
1 cup salsa
2 cups water

Recipe Directions for Rice Fajita Mix

  1. Chop chicken into bite size pieces and cook in a frying pan until cooked through.

  2. Add water, seasoning and salsa and bring to a simmer/boil.

  3. Add rice and reduce heat. Let rice cook through according to type and cooking time required.

  4. Scoop about a 1/4 cup of mix onto tortilla and top with toppings. Enjoy!
