Simple Breakfast food that uses left over White Rice to make a hearty meal that stays with you.

Recipe Ingredients for Rice & Eggs

4 cups White Rice (cooked)
5 Eggs
4 tbsp Margarine
1 tsp Black Pepper
1 tsp Paprika

Recipe Directions for Rice & Eggs

  1. Cook White Rice per directions (or your favorite recipe)

  2. Heat medium frying pan with 2 Tbsp's margarine add the 4 cups of cooked rice, pepper and paprika, heat thourougly stirring occationally.

  3. Add eggs, mix thouroughly. Once partially cooked, smooth top of mixture. Cook approx. 10 minutes.

  4. Flip Contents, and continue cooking 5 - 10 minutes or until done.

  5. Cut in fourths and serve while hot.

  6. (Optional topping of Salsa goes well with this dish, but not included in Nutrition Facts).
