Recipe Ingredients for Rice Dish I

3 cups Rice, Brown, Medium-grain, Cooked
3/4 cup Recipe Beginnings Green Bell Peppers
1 tbsp Olive Oil
1/2 cup chopped raw White Pearl Onions
1/4 tsp Cumin
3 clove Garlic
1/4 cup Chicken Stock

Recipe Directions for Rice Dish I

  1. Saute onions, garlic, and peppers with cumin in olive oil

  2. Add cooked rice and chicken stock, stir in well to mix all ingredients then cover

  3. Remove from stove once rice is thoroughly heated. 5-10mins
