1 cup brown rice, well-cooked
1/4 c coconut milk
1/4 c cashews, raw
8 dates
1/4 t salt
1 t vanilla flavoring
3/4 c water

Recipe Directions for Rice Cream

  1. Blend all ingredients until smooth and creamy.
